I only tried the frozen custard but it was delicious. The mixed berry sundae (lots of actual berries) and "the Rachel" (raspberry ice cream with chunks of Heath bar) were great. Would love to go back to try the pizza after seeing all the good reviews here.
Best pizza in Grand Marais! I love the olive oil option vs red or white sauce (both of which I will be trying very soon), it's delicious. Very friendly owners and staff is great! Can't wait to try the frozen custard.
It's a fun environment, and the service is amazing. The pizza is wonderful and the custard is to die for. I love eating here, because of the beautiful view of the town and lake.
I had the vanilla frozen custard and my girlfriend had the Dutch Chocolate custard and both were delicious! Rich and creamy. Reminds me of Culver's custard only a bit better. Like my review of Worlds Beat Donuts, I'm sad this place is all the way in Grand Marais. I'd definitely come back to this place again!
Wow! Amazing location on Lake Superior and even better cuisine and atmosphere. We went once 5 years ago, and have come back every year for their outstanding custard and delectable pizza. The Sydnami is truly special, taking your taste buds through a twister of an experience. Undeniably world class.
