Highly recommend! The owners were more than gracious from the time they received our last minute request for a room, to afternoon snacks, to outstanding tasteful breakfasts. The charming room was very clean and had quality linens. Plan to stay here again on our next trip to Grand Marais.
We have stayed twice now at the Bally House. Our room was charming and very comfortable. Enjoyed our conversations with Innkeepers Randy and Cheryl, who were very warm and hospitable:). Had a lovely evening outside by the fire. Breakfast was wonderful as were Randy's freshly baked cookies! Looking forward to returning soon!
Great experience here! Cheryl and Randy are great hosts and are very knowledgeable about the area. Plus, the breakfasts are delicious! We had strawberry waffles with homemade whipped cream, quiche, omelettes, and blueberry coffee cake -- all yummy. They also set out homemade baked goods in the afternoon
