We went up here for a bachelor party a few years ago and it ruled. Why. Well. Its mad beautiful son and you can do includes. Well. We done StreamHikes nearby goin up this one stream north of Grand Marais. That day ruled cuz we done some birrrts and also seen mad gorgeous things. Chad's brother was doin climbs of stuff too.
The lake had several islands to canoe around and lots of people enjoy fishing on the lake.
Oh yeah and there were some annoying high school kids who came into our campsite at like 2am and one of our crew pushed them out and we did Yells. Not NightYells just normal Yells... at night. Hope this helps!

A great lake to camp on. The campsites have great views of sunset in the spring, summer and fall. I take my photography workshops to some of them to photograph the northern lights or the sunset.
