7 years ago i needed hearing aids for work after years of driving vehicles with siren on roof. I was LUCKY to find Clarity Hearing center from our news paper and they were in town every other friday. Made a appointment got hearing test from Tim unknown to me at that time ReSound were highly rated. I purchased a set was amazed how good they worked but only wore them for work. Deer hunting this year lost one and they had been trouble free. Met with Tim he suggested to get new aids instead of one new one and have one seven years old. Now he had my interest in mind the new pair had 7 years of new technology and were less money. I did research hearing loss and all the medical problems it can cause. Beside not hearing what is going on around you and asking my wife of 51 years what did you say + the radio & tv loud Tim gave me a pair to try for 2 weeks and am i glad i did they are GREAT and apple has a app for i phone that you can do more things than i can explain here. They pair with TV, i phone have settings for out side and any place you may want different settings and mark them favorite. You can not go wrong with the quality of ReSound or Clarity hearing service, I now wear hearing aids from MORNING to BED time, life is better and better for my health. I should have been wearing them full time for the last seven years. Loosing one deer hunting was a blessing.

Tim has been great in getting me my first hearing aid. I didn't realize I had a hearing problem or deficiency until I moved up here to Grand Marais for work. We have what I call a bunch of "quiet talkers" and I couldn't hear anybody. Well a co-worker gave me some cards for a free hearing exam and I took advantage of it and came in to see Tim. he set me up with my first pair of hearing aids. since then, what I am most thankful for, is the problems I had afterwards. My dog ate one of my first ones. They replaced it for me for free because it was under warranty. Then later on about a year later my dog ate both of my hearing aids ant I called Tim. Well what can I do I asked? He said he could not be covered under warranty but gave a=me a discount on my new pair!! I was so thankful that I could turn to Clarity Hearing and they were able to help me out in getting my hearing back. And I must say that without them I can't hear nearly as well. So thank you Tim, and Clarity Hearing for you help and friendship in my life.
