He has far too few service people for the number of installations he has and the geographic area they cover.
George Carlson is a great salesman....and his products work extremely well. The lake pump system is very good and it protects my property when operational.

That said, his service is very poor. He made all kinds of promises about service levels, maintenance and having someone available full time in Ely to service his new installations in this area. He has failed miserably. No local support, he requires a premium level of service to do the most basic things promptly (like getting a system running in the spring).
So if you buy a system from him, either be prepared to pay a very high fee yearly for any level of service or plan to get very slow response (eg weeks or months) in the event you need some support.
